I got this piece through a woman who volunteered in a Texas prison. This is an extremely well-made piece of prison art. The heart is made of tiny pieces of wooden dowels finished with a beautiful edging of tiny decorative wood pieces and glitter in some small well-placed recesses in the wood pattern. A raised stuffed red velvet heart sits on top. The top is hinged to the bottom and opens to reveal a box for small treasures and a very child-like Valentine under the lid. This would make a very special gift or Valentine for a special person!
