This delicate white tzute from Nahuala is very subtle in color. The stylized birds on the piece are woven in a pale pink that is accentuated by the shine of the silk or artisela threads they are composed of — hard to see in a photograph. There are colored squares woven into these figures that are similar to squares woven into the figure in other Nahuala figures. The unusual feature of this tzute is the line of realisitic flying birds across the center. There are very long tassels on all four corners. The piece is in good condition with a few small stains. 32”W X 34 1/2”L.
