This cinta, in the traditional dark cranberry red to maroon color, is in good condition with some signs of wear. There is no fading from the sun, but there are line slippage marks along some fold lines. (A lot of folds are used when the cinta is worn on the head.) There are some pulls in the decorative weave area, which has a blue horse woven in! The cinta has beautiful decorative ends. A fringe made from the ends of the warp yarns is decoratively ties and part of it wrapped in colors. Cintas from Chajul have small fat pompons on the ends.
