We find many of the earrings high in a remote region of the state of Mexico. They are crafted by some of Mexico's finest jewelers. Most of the earrings were made by Dolores Garcia Cruz and her brother Jose Ascencion Cruz, who are the daughter and son of one of the Great Masters of Mexico. All of their work is hand raised from sterling silver wire and sheet. No casting!! They are spectacular, extremely feminine, and light as a feather. The Yalalag crosses are by fine artisans in Oaxaca They are also reminiscent of Frida Kahlo. A rare and disappearing art, these are certain to become heirlooms. They are cast. Click
